Return & Exchange Policy
- Orders can be cancelled and refunded before shipping;
- Return & exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery;
- Before you return, email us to get the return address to ship the products back;
- Items must be in original condition or at the same condition as that you receive. Damaged or missing products for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service so the returns will be made at your own cost.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account – Paypal or credit card. Paypal refunds will be issued immediately while credit cards make take 5-7 business days to process.
HOW TO START A RETURN?
Step 1. Initial Your Return
Email us (support@swiftower.com) with your order number and detailed exchange or refund request. Please provide a picture of the problem if possible.
Step 2. Return Request Approved
Once we receive your return request, we will check it and send the return address so that you can send the items back.
Step 3. Return Items Received
Once we receive your return item, we will give it a quick check and if the items is as its original condition, we will deliver the replacement or issue the refund right away.
Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.
