Damaged or missing products for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service so the returns will be made at your own cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account \u2013 Paypal or credit card. Return Request Approved<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we receive your return request, we will check it and send the return address so that you can send the items back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3.
